ORDER :

The application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 8.19 lakh deposited by the Acquiring Body, appellant. In view of the submissions made by both the sides and the reasoning given by the Reference Court, this Court holds that the respondents, present applicants can be allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakh), subject to condition of giving of security like solvent surety to the amount of Rs. Six lakh. In those terms the application is allowed and disposed of.
