The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that respondent Nos. 2 and 3, in their affidavit-in-reply, have raised an objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of appeal before the Commissioner and as such, wants to seek alternate remedy by withdrawing the writ petition.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy available in law. All contentions are kept open. In case, an appeal is filed, the Authority concerned shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously. No costs.
