Pursuant to order dated 26th September 2025, the alleged missing girl is produced before the Court by Lady Police Head Constable Mrs. Rekha Laxman Chande, attached to the M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. According to her, the statement of missing girl is also recorded, which is produced before us for perusal. On going through the said statement, it appears that, the alleged missing girl is well acquainted with respondent No.4 and they decided to marry each other. On 10.07.2025, when the missing girl was dropped by her father for joining the duty in "Sanjay Techno Product Private Limited" at Waluj M.I.D.C. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar factory, she performed marriage with respondent No.4 on the same day.

While making inquiry with the missing girl Soniya Shivaji Narewad, she submitted that she is major and on her own wish she performed marriage with respondent No.4. Even the copy of her marriage certificate is also on record in the police papers, which indicates that she got married with respondent No.4 on 10.07.2025 as per her own wish. As such, the missing girl being major, is entitled to reside with the person of her choice. Under such circumstances, the direction as sought in the petition cannot be issued, and therefore, the petition stands disposed of.
