DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- The submission is made that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners is pending with the committee. The petitioners are admitted to first year BAMS course. Their examination

2] We have heard Mr.Sant, learned counsel for university and the learned AGP.

3] In view of the fact that validation proceedings are pending, we pass the following order :

[A] The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners shall be decided expeditiously preferably within nine months. Petitioners shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

[B] In case the petitioners are otherwise eligible and are admitted to the first year BAMS course, then the respondents shall not refuse to accept the examination form only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. [C] In case petitioners are otherwise eligible, after the result is declared then the admission to the next year shall not be refused only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Ofcourse, Degree Certificate would not be issued without validity certificate.

4] Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
