Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the tribunal, the applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Rest of the amount shall be kept in F.D.R. in any nationalised bank initially for a period of three years and renewal thereafter as per directions of this court. 3.
