Learned AGP for the State informs on instructions that the application for stay as well as the appeal presented to the Deputy Commissioner has already been decided in pursuance to the directions issued by this court in Writ Petition Nos. 7414/2014 and 7427/2014. It does appear that stay application is decided on 05.03.2015 and the appeal came to be decided on 10.03.2015. In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by petitioner in the petition stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
