Present Petition has been filed for direction to decide the pending proposal for approval of the service of the petitioner dated 6th January 2025 on the post of Shikshan Sevak. The said proposal is pending with respondent No.2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1. Mr. Gujar waives notice for respondent No.2. Upon instructions, learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of six weeks.
