ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant No.1 - Acquiring Body and learned AGP for applicants No.2 and 3. Despite service of notice, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents-claimants. Perused the application and other relevant documents produced on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant No.1- Acquiring Body submits that as per order passed by this Court entire decreetal amount, except the amount of interest which is subject matter of the present appeal, deposited before the Reference Court. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep alive present application for stay in the proceedings.

In view of submission, the Civil Application for stay stands disposed of. No order as to the costs.
