Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant/husband is behind bar for the offence for harassing, ill-treating and abetting the deceased wife to commit suicide.

Perusal of the allegations reveal that the deceased was harassed only for the reason that she does not know the agricultural work. The marriage was performed before seven years. Except the above allegations, there are no allegations of demand of dowry. Most of the time, she was living with her husband at Bhivandi. The allegation levelled against the applicant that he used to beat her under the influence of liquor.

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant ARJUN BIBHISHAN SHIVPURE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.232 of 2021, registered by Police Station Kasarshirshi, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
