Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent-State.

The similarly situated co-accused on depositing of certain amount in the Court has been released on bail. The role attributed to the applicant is also similar. To show his bonafide he has deposited Rupees four lakhs before the trial Court. In the circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant Ram Mohan Ram Sufal Vishwakarma, be released on bail, on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/-, with one

No. 11 of 2021 registered at Cyber Police Station Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465,467,468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the Interim Technology Act on the condition that; (a) The applicant shall furnish his residential and his family residential address of the State of Uttar Pradesh and furnish his and his father's mobile numbers to the concerned police station and mark his attendance through mobile contact with police station on first Monday of each month, between 10 a.m. to 12.00 p.m till conclusion of the trial.
