This is an appeal preferred by the original claimant for enhancement of compensation against the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad. The matter is settled between the parties amicably and the terms of compromise are placed before this panel by Mr. P.C. Mayure, learned counsel for the appellant-claimant and Mr. H.A. Patankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-insurer. 2.

The appellant-claimant Tulshiram Laxman Bhosale is present in person. Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Mishra, Assistant Manager, National Insurance Company Limited, Divisional Office, Aurangabad is also present in person. The parties are duly identified by their respective counsel. The parties admit the contents of compromise and their respective signatures on it. The said compromise is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In terms of compromise arrived at between the parties, the first appeal is disposed of. In terms of compromise the appellant-claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent-insurer. The pending Civil Applications, if any, are also disposed of. The parties to bear their own costs. Refund of court fees as per Rules. 4.
