Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The respondents, despite service remained absent. 2.

The applicant/appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 297 days in filing the second appeal to challenge the judgment and decree dated 04.09.2015 in R.C.A. No. 37/2008. The delay appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. As such, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 297 days stands condoned. 3.

The second appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
