The learned counsel both parties submit that, in view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, the matters would now lie before the District Court Osmanabad. 2.

In the light of that, the matters are transferred to the concerned District Court. The Registry shall take steps for transfer of matters immediately.
