ORDER

1.

The appellant is present, he is identified by Advocate Mr. M.P. Kulkarni holding for Mr. A.S. Sawant Advocate for the appellant, Advocate Abhijit Choudhari is authorized by the respondent No. 2 Insurance Company i.e. I.C.I.C. Lombard Motor Insurance Co. Ltd is present.

Both the parties are arrived at compromise and filed compromise pursis which is marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. As per the agreed terms of compromise, both the parties settle their dispute.

As per the terms of compromise, respondent No. 2 Insurance Company agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 2,25,000/-

914- FA-228-2018 -2- (Two Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) within a period of eight weeks to the claimants before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhule. The same be disbursed to the claimant without further reference of this Court.

First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in view of withdrawal pursis. Pending Civil Application, if any, also stands disposed of. 5.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

6.

The request of refund of Court fees shall be processed by the office in accordance with law.
