Learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner was called upon for hearing on 26.9.2019. The petitioner sought adjournment on the said date.

The petitioner should co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. On one hand he cannot seek adjournment and on the other seek relief.

Mr Jadhavar, leaned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner henceforth shall not seek any adjournment before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd October 2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The university may not withhold the internship certificate only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The University

wp11801-19 shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The University and the College may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
