The present petition is filed against the order refusing the interim maintenance to the petitioner No. 2.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for respective parties that in the suit the evidence of the plaintiffs has commenced.

The petitioner No. 1 has been granted interim

2 wp 882.15 maintenance. It has been tried to be shown that even petitioner No. 2 is a working women and earning.

4.

Considering the fact that the evidence is already commenced it will be appropriate for the parties to get the suit decided on merits.

The learned trial Judge shall endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously and preferably within a period of 8 months. 6.
