. This civil application is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the non applicant as exemplary cost pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06th October, 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for applicants and the non applicant.

3. This Court under order dated 06th October, 2015 dismissed the Civil Revision Application No. 207 of

2 ca 12447.17 2015 with exemplary cost of Rs. 25,000/-. Naturally, the said cost is to be paid to the non applicants therein.

4. In view of the above, applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five thousands only) deposited by the non applicant pursuant to order of this Court dated 06.10.2015 in C. R. A. No. 207 of 2015 along with accrued interest, if any. The civil application is disposed of.
