Mr. Jaybhar, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, though the award is passed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on 30th Janaury, 2013, however as yet the compensation is not paid.

Mr. Phule, the learned A. G. P. submits that, the proposal is already sent to the concerned department for allocation of the funds.

The award has been passed three years back, however as yet the amount of compensation is not paid. The respondents shall make payment of the amount of compensation due and

2 wp 10931.14 payable as per the award passed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (8) months from today. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
