Heard the learned counsel for the Acquiring body and learned counsel for the respondents.

Despite sufficient opportunity, no response is received from the Acquiring Body to deposit the decretal amount in this court. Therefore, there is no propriety to entertain the applications for grant of any stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned judgment and award. In contrast, the respondents/claimants have a legal right to execute it before the Executing Court. Hence, the applications stand dismissed. The respondent/claimants are at liberty to execute the award before the Executing Court as per the provisions of law. Civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
