Heard. Mr. Darak, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a widow of employee of respondents No.2, 3 and 5. She is entitled for family pension. 2.

Advocate for the petitioner has invited our attention to the orders passed by this Court in similar set of facts in Writ Petition No.1497/2009, Writ Petition No.805/2010 and Writ Petition No.3335/2011, by which, this Court has directed the respondents No.2, 3 and 5 to process the pension papers and by directing the State Government to consider the same and take final decision.

In the light of the above, we adopt the same course and disposed of the Writ Petition by following order : a) We direct the respondents No.2, 3 and 5 to process the pension file of the petitioner forthwith and forward the proposal to the State Government for further consideration and final decision. That be done expeditiously and in any case, within four (4) weeks from today. The State Government, after receipt of the proposal from respondent No.2, 3 and 5, shall pass final orders thereon at the earliest and in any case, not later than three (3) months from the date of receipt of such proposal. The respondents shall file compliance

report in the registry of this Court.
