Considering the fact that the coordinate Bench of this Court (Coram : Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.), has decided Writ Petition No.8336/2021 by judgment dated 31.03.2022 and has dismissed the petition, the order of returning of the plaint in RCS No.213/2017, attains finality. Consequentially, there is no suit in existence today. Needless to state, any protection granted earlier either by this Court or by the Trial Court, in the said suit, which is now not in existence, apparently does not survive and stands vacated.

In view of the above, this Review Petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed off.
