By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondent No.2- Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon, District Beed to issue caste certificate in Form-C of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribe (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Rules, 2003 so that the same could be submitted to its validity.

certificate issued in incorrect format with the respondent No.2, we direct the respondent No.2 to issue caste certificate to the petitioner in Form-C of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribe (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Rules, 2003 within a period of two weeks from today.
