ORDER :

The petition is filed for giving directions to respondents to give decision on the representations made by the petitioner for giving him appointment as he is successor of the employee of the respondents. The predecessor of the petitioner was working on Class IV post and so, he made application for giving him appointment as he belongs to Walmiki Bhangi community. The application was given in the month of March 2015 and it is grievance of the petitioner that it is not yet decided by the respondents.

The respondents are expected to consider the Government Resolutions, conditions laid down in the Government Resolutions, the eligibility criteria and then to take decision on its own merit on the representations given by the petitioner. The decision is to be taken within three months. In those terms the petition is disposed of.
