Having considered the respective submissions of the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and having considered the situation in which the applicants find themselves in, the delay of 713 days is condoned since the condonation is sought on the ground that the applicants have been left with no option but to approach this Court for modification of the order in view of the subsequent events which have prejudiced the interest of the applicants. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicants points out that Writ Petition No.8336/2021 filed by Vatsalabai Manikrao Rahane and others will have to be circulated on account of the subsequent events.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that by a joint circulation, the matter would be circulated by mentioning the date for hearing in Writ Petition No. 8336/2021. Mr. Godhamgaonkar, the learned Advocate specifically submits that he would be a party to the circulation and would not seek adjournment. 4.
