By this application, the appellant prays for condonation of delay of 75 days caused in filing the appeal. 2.

I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 75 days is condoned subject to the applicant donating an amount of Rs.1,000/- to the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft khs/March 2020/14929-d

- 2 - (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 27/03/2020.

Subject to removal of all office objections, the Arbitration Appeal be registered and be listed in the "Urgent Admissions Category" on 01/04/2020. Learned Advocate Mrs. Kulthe causes an appearance on behalf of respondent No.1.
