The learned Advocate for the Applicants has served the copies of these Civil Applications on the learned Advocates Shri Garud and Shri Jadhav. He indicates such service from the acknowledgment that he has received. Yet, no appearance is entered on behalf of the Respondents. The writ petition was dismissed without reference to the Court on 21.09.2018 as office objections were not removed.

Considering the above, both these Civil Applications are allowed and minor delay of 06 days is condoned. The Writ Petition shall be restored on the following conditions :-

*2* 941ca12854o18 (a) All office objections shall be removed on or before 31.01.2019, failing which, the writ petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 01.02.2019. (b) After office objections are removed as directed, the writ petition would be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed and the ad-interim relief granted earlier would continue. (c) Subject to the above, the writ petition shall be listed for admission on 11.02.2019.
