2] Mr.Avinash Aghav, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent no.1.

3] In case the application of the petitioner making grievance with regard to the transfer [Page-22] is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within eight [8] weeks.
