1) Though all the respondents are duly served, none of them has entered appearance in the matter.

2) Delay of 743 days has occurred in filing this appeal by the State. The reasons for occurrence of the delay are explained in paras 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the application. Perusal of the averments in the said paras reveal that the delay has been sufficiently explained. In view the above, the applications for condonation of

delay is allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.

The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

3) On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondent/s, returnable on 24th July, 2017.

4) Execution of the impugned Award shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under the Award together with interest thereon by the State in this Court within 12 weeks from the date of this order. CA for stay stands disposed of.
