The petitioner had secured admission as against reserved post and completed education in B.A.M.S. The Scrutiny Committee has not validated the petitioner's caste / Tribe claim. In this petition the order of the Scrutiny Committee is therefore under challenge. 3.

The petitioner has moved the civil application for return of his/her degree certificate and other documents. The petitioner is ready to give an undertaking that henceforth he/she be seek admission for Page 1 of

18 CA 10681-2025 further education from open category.

In view of such undertaking to be furnished by the petitioner before this Court, we direct the concerned respondents to return the petitioner's respective documents after retaining certified copies thereof.

The civil application stands disposed of.
