The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 2013. The same was also heard. However, order is not passed. The petitioner's pension is withheld. The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that because of change in Forum, the orders could not be passed. Now, within two months, the matter would be decided by the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 9th December, 2021.

The Committee shall, thereafter, decide the proceedings within two months.

16 wp.13024.21.odt In the meantime, the proposal for provisional pension may be processed by the employer. The same shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the validation proceedings. Further steps may be taken pursuant to the decision by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
