ORDER IN APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF STAY :

3] Mr.Dound, learned AGP submits that he has no instructions about deposit of the amount as per the earlier directions of this Court.

2 14-ca12573-14.odt 4] In the circumstances, interim stay to the execution of the impugned award granted earlier is hereby made absolute, on the condition that the applicants deposit entire amount under the impugned award, together with up-to-date interest, within ten weeks from today. The application is disposed of accordingly.

5] Upon failure to deposit the amount as directed above, present application shall stand dismissed and the stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the court.
