At present, it will not be possible to entertain grievance of the petitioner unless the order of suspension and or cancellation of licence if it is there is challenged before the Appellate Authority. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate Forum in the proceedings that would be filed by the petitioner. In the appropriate Forum, the petitioner may file an application for interim orders also. 3.

All the contentions of the petitioners are kept open. No costs.
