This is an application seeking bail. The earlier application seeking bail is already rejected by this Court vide order dated 17th December, 2014.

Mr. Bhosale, the learned counsel submits that, the present application is filed in changed circumstances i.e. one year has lapsed and the applicant has six daughters. The applicant was on bail during the trial.

We have heard the learned A. P. P. also.

This Court has admitted the appeal and thereafter heard the application for bail. This Court vide order dated 17th December,
2 Cr.Appln.5712.15 2014 rejected the application for bail. In wake of rejection of said application the present application would not be tenable. The learned counsel for the applicant states that, the hearing of the appeal be expedited.

Considering the above, the application is rejected, however, the hearing of the appeal is expedited. Criminal application disposed of.
