The petitioner is aggrieved by the observations made by the Hon'ble Minister, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, while remanding the matter to the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad for consideration on merits. On going through the impugned order dated 27-09-2021, it is noticed that some observations on merits are made by the Hon'ble Minister, while remanding the matter back.

It is hereby made clear that the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, after remand, shall consider the matter on its own merits, and without being influenced by the observations of the Hon'ble Minister.
