Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03.03.2025. CIVIL APPLICATION FOR STAY 01.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in some of the matters arising out of same acquisition proceeding, this Court has granted stay subject to deposit of 75% amount of the award along with interest. In view of the same, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order subject to condition of depositing 75% of the amount along with interest in the office of this Court within 12 weeks from today.
