Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was on bail during the trial and appeal. He has already paid the fine amount.

In view thereof, it is ordered that the applicant be released on bail on same conditions, as were imposed by the lower appellate Court.

The applicant shall attend the learned trial Court once in six months. Two consecutive failures on the part of applicant shall entail cancellation of bail.
