Mr. Jadhav, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, after filing of the present writ petition, the authority has revoked the suspension order. In the light of that, the grievance of the petitioner to a large extent stands redressed. With regard to payment of salary, the petitioner may take appropriate steps in that regard.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, he has already filed an application with the authority.
