The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.2/ Zilla Parishad, Nanded, in response to the application dated 21/11/2022, submits that these Petitioners are now eligible to make an online application for considering their request for transfers in the special category Part-2. He further submits that, their pending applications can be decided within 60 days. 2.

By an order dated 10/04/2023, passed in Writ Petition No.3958/2023, we had observed in paragraph No.2 as under :

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners further submits that these petitioners cannot make online application for seeking transfer on account of couple convenience since the online form does not accept a candidate who has not completed three years. Per contra, circular dated 21.02.2019 lifts the said restrictions. However, necessary software changes in the online form portal, have not been made."

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off by granting 60 days time to Respondent No.2/ Zilla Parishad, Nanded to deal with the applications of the Petitioners, dated 21/11/2022, by ensuring that the directions set out in paragraph No.2 (reproduced above), are complied with/implemented.
