By order dated 12th January, 2023, this Court had quashed First Information Report No. 30/2019 and Sessions Case No. 406/2022 in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states that as per the consent terms between the parties, the balance amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- which is now deposited before this Court has to be paid to

- 2 - criwp1523.22.odt respondent No. 2. He states that such directions are not issued in the order dated 12th January, 2023.

Learned counsel for petitioner concedes that the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- which was earlier deposited before the Mediator and now deposited before this Court has to be paid to respondent No. 2.

In view of this, following clause be added in the order dated 12th January, 2023 :- " The amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- deposited by petitioner before this Court be paid to respondent No. 2."

Necessary correction be carried out.
