Learned Counsel for the applicant Mr Kedar submits that the applicant was on bail during the trial and also appeal. 3.
In view thereof, the sentence is suspended and it is ordered that the applicant be released on bail on same conditions, which were imposed by the lower appellate Court.

The applicant shall attend the learned trial Court once in six months. Two consecutive failures on the part of applicant shall entail the cancellation of bail.
