O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) .

Appellants original claimants have filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation.

Appellants who are present have been duly identified by their counsel. Mr. Prashant D. Hazare, Officer of insurance company is present with the learned counsel appearing for the insurance company.

Appellants and the respondent insurance company have filed terms of compromise which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Respondent insurance company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs.6,00,000/- to the appellants claimants towards

( 2 ) full and final settlement as mentioned in the pursis and respondent insurance company has agreed to deposit said amount of additional compensation within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of modified award, in default, it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum. It is also agreed that, the award passed by tribunal shall be modified in tune of aforesaid settlement. The appellants have agreed to the said compromise terms. 3.

In view of above, award be prepared in terms of compromise as aforesaid.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants/claimants.

In view of settlement in the matter, civil application/s, if any, stand/s disposed of.
