The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the members who resigned from the membership would cast their votes in the election, as their application pertaining to holding of elections is allowed. He does not dispute that the petitioner's term is over, and thus, the directions to hold elections cannot be interfered with. The petitioner granted liberty to raise his objections before the Inspector appointed to conduct elections. 2.

It is made clear that I have not expressed any opinion regarding the merits of the submissions of the petitioner. It is for the concerned ofÏcer/ inspector appointed to consider the objections. With the above observations, the petition is dismissed.
