This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 54 days caused in filing First Appeal.

Heard learned counsel for both sides.

The other side has no objection.

From the contents of the application, it appears that the delay of 54 days has been caused in filing appeal on the following grounds.

(i) Appeal proposal was sent to the Law and Judiciary Department for appropriate decision.

(ii) Law and Judiciary Department accorded permission to prefer appeal.

ca12858.17 (iii) Proposal was sent to the Government Pleader's office and thereafter immediately appeal was drafted and presented.

In the afore said process, delay has been caused.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application para nos. 2 and 3, delay caused in filing First Appeal is condoned.

Civil Application is disposed of.
