Learned Counsel for the appellants submits that in seeking procedural compliances and in obtaining sanctions at different levels, time was consumed and that is the reason delay of 671 days has occurred in filing the appeals. Learned Counsel appearing for the claimants has opposed the applications for condonation of delay stating that the reasons are not just and sufficient.
