PER COURT :- This Court has already issued directions on 11.9.2014 to the Municipal Council to take necessary steps, in respect of regularization of constructions raised by the occupants, in accordance with the applications tendered by such occupants, expeditiously. It is further directed that, the constructions which cannot be regularized and in respect of such of those structures which are raised in green zone, it would be the responsibility of the Municipal council to remove such illegal constructions, after following procedure prescribed under law. In spite of such order passed on 11.9.2014, the directions do not appear to have been complied with. It is the responsibility of the Municipal council to comply with the directions. The application has been moved for extension of time for two years. After issuance of directions in the year 2014, a period of two years has already lapsed. In this view of the matter, the application does not deserve consideration and the same is rejected.
