The learned counsel for the respondent -husband candidly made statement before this Court that the present petition can be allowed as prayed. In view of the same, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The Marriage Petition No. 111 of 2022 pending in the Court of Jt.Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad is transferred to the Family Court, Jalna for its simultaneous disposal alongwith the petition filed by the applicant-wife u/s.125 of Cr.P.C., pending therein, according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before

Family Court, Jalna on or before 25.04.2023. He will be at liberty to seek convenient dates for both the proceedings pending between himself and applicant from Family Court, Jalna.
