It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Head Mistress, so also salary as Head Mistress is pending with the respondent/Education Officer. 2.

We have heard Mr. Kadam, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Head Mistress (Exhibit - E) page 20 is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer
