Respondent no. 2 - Schedule Tribe Certificate Verification Committee, Aurangabad shall decide the tribe certificate verification proposal within six months from today. 2.

Petitioner undertakes to cooperate the Committee in disposal of the verification claim. Petitioner shall cause appearance before the Committee on 16.10.2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring his presence before the Scrutiny Committee shall be necessary.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate and, proper action would be taken subject to decision of the Scrutiny Committee in respect of tribe certificate verification proposal.
