Mr. More, the learned advocate submits that the appellate authority had remanded the matter to the Tahsildar, however, the order of the appellate authority remanding the matter dated 20.06.2015, is not adhered to and the original order passed by the Tahsildar, which is set aside by the authority is been implemented.

Mrs. Gondhalekar, the learned Additional Government Pleader

( 2 ) wp 12296.17 submits that Tahsildar, had intimated that, matter is being heard. Notices are issued.

The petitioner may appear before the Tahsildar, Paranda on 05.03.2018. The Tahsildar, Paranda, shall after hearing the petitioner pass fresh orders in view of the fact that the matter is remanded to him by the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhoom under order dated 20.06.2015. The Tahsildar, will decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
