Heard the learned APP for the applicant/State and the learned counsel for the respondent/accused.

Applicant/Police Inspector is present in the Court as the nonbailable warrant was issued against him. He is seeking an apology for disobeying the orders of the Court. He is explaining that on 24.08.2023, he joined the police station. There were many VIP movements in the jurisdiction of his police station. The law and order in the vicinity was disturbed. He had sent two letters to the forensic laboratory to supply the CCTV footage report. He would submit that there was no deliberate intention to disobey the orders of the Court.

It appears that he has repentance for the mistakes. He promised before the Court that henceforth he would entertain and treat the common man with respect and try to believe them if come to the police station for assistance.

Believing him, his unconditional apology is accepted. The application is allowed.

The order issuing non-bailable warrant, dated 12.09.2023, in B.A.No.983 of 2023, is called back.
